Fulfilling obligations to ticket holders
Processing refund requests
Honoring valid tickets

Handling all customer service issues
Managing payment disputes

EventDSM's Limited Role

EventDSM provides:

Payment processing infrastructure
Ticket delivery system
QR code generation for entry

EventDSM does NOT control refund decisions, guarantee events will occur, have authority to compel refunds, or act as a party to the vendor-customer transaction.
